Shipping Policy

At Crystal Voyd, we partner with Canada Post to provide reliable and efficient shipping for all orders.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days, excluding shipping transit times and any unforeseen delays. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak holiday periods, including December 24–25 and December 31–January 1.

Shipping Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Canada: 3–7 business days

• United States: 5 business days to 3 weeks

• International: 3 business days to 1 month

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Crystal Voyd is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If an issue occurs during transit, we will gladly assist you by filing a claim with Canada Post on your behalf.

For additional peace of mind, you may purchase our $5 Shipping Protection at checkout. This optional coverage provides up to $100 CAD in protection for eligible claims related to shipping damage or carrier-related issues.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at crystalvoyd@gmail.com before your order has shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address. Orders returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated based on your shipping destination and in accordance with Canadian tax regulations. For orders shipped within Quebec, applicable GST and QST will be charged at checkout.

Product Condition

All products are sold as described. Due to the natural nature of crystals, minerals, fossils, and gemstones, variations in color, shape, inclusions, and texture are normal and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their country. Crystal Voyd is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or packages delayed or refused by customs authorities.
